Q. Do you allow pets?
A. We will allow either one cat or one small dog. Several of our other locations will allow one cat. Please check with our office for locations that allow a cat. There is an additional $20 per month in rent, and a $300 non-refundable pet fee in addition to the Security deposit.

Q. Is Heat included in the rent?
A. Heat is included in the rent on the majority of our properties. Please check the properties page for this information.

Q. How much is the deposit?
A. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent with 12 months of verifiable rental and/or credit history. In the event of no verifiable rental or credit history applicant will need a cosigner on the lease or increase deposit to an amount equal to two months rent. *All properties on Hyland & Sheldon require one month's rent with cosigner or deposit equal to two months rent.*

Q. Is cable included?
A. We have some properties where the rent includes basic extended cable. Please check the properties page for this information.
